في قسم الشحن لدينا، نهدف إلى شحن جميع الطلبات خلال يوم أو يومين عمل من تاريخ تقديمها. يُرجى مراجعة بريدك الإلكتروني للاطلاع على التحديثات والإشعارات المتعلقة بطلبك.
للطلبات الأسترالية ، يُرجى الانتظار من ٢ إلى ٩ أيام عمل لوصول طلبك من تاريخ الإرسال، وذلك للشحن العادي. أما للشحن السريع، فيُرجى الانتظار من يوم إلى ثلاثة أيام عمل. نستخدم البريد الأسترالي كوسيلة شحن. يُرجى العلم أن الشحن العادي مجاني في جميع أنحاء أستراليا.
بالنسبة لطلبات المملكة المتحدة، يتم شحن الطلبات الآن مباشرةً من المملكة المتحدة. نتوقع وصول الطلبات خلال 48-72 ساعة تقريبًا من تاريخ الشحن، للشحن العادي. أما الشحن السريع، فيستغرق عادةً حوالي 24 ساعة من تاريخ الشحن. تُشحن الطلبات عادةً عبر البريد الملكي. جميع الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
لطلبات الاتحاد الأوروبي، يُرجى الانتظار من 4 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الشحن لاستلام طلبك. نستخدم عادةً البريد الملكي (يتم الشحن من المملكة المتحدة) للشحن إلى أوروبا. جميع الطلبات شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة. تقوم Brunae الآن بتحصيل ضريبة القيمة المضافة وتحويلها عبر نظام IOSS. يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف إرجاع البضائع من الاتحاد الأوروبي. بالنسبة للطلبات التي تزيد قيمتها عن 150 يورو، يتحمل العميل الرسوم الجمركية. أما الطلبات التي تقل قيمتها عن 150 يورو، فلا تُفرض عليها أي رسوم جمركية.
طلبات الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية: يُرجى الانتظار من ٤ إلى ٧ أيام عمل من تاريخ الشحن لاستلام طلبك. نستخدم البريد الملكي (يتم الشحن من المملكة المتحدة) للشحن إلى الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية.
يُطلب من العميل دفع الرسوم والضرائب على هذه الطلبات بالدرهم الإماراتي أو الريال السعودي عند استلام الطرد.

Pricing & Tax:
All prices displayed in GBP are inclusive of VAT. There are no additional duties or charges for UK orders.
Europe
Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and shipped via FedEx. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

Duties, Taxes and Customs:
All orders are inclusive of VAT, which we collect and remit through the EU’s IOSS system.
Please note: as of July 1, 2025, the EU has removed the duty exemption for low-value goods, meaning customs duties may apply to all orders regardless of value. Any duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the point of delivery. All returns are the expense of the customer.
For orders over €150, shipping is on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
This means the customer is fully responsible for all import taxes, duties, and handling fees, which must be paid directly to the carrier before your package can be delivered.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed & Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused at delivery, a refund of the product cost only will be processed once the item is received back at our fulfilment centre in its original, resaleable condition. Return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Parcels may be returned as undeliverable due to reasons including, but not limited to: an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout; failed delivery attempts with no collection; or refusal to pay applicable import duties or customs charges.
All returns are at the customer's expense.
Middle East

Duties, Taxes & Customs:
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes upon entry into Canada. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total at checkout.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at a small fee, available at checkout. By purchasing Shipping Protection, your order is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
What is covered:
Lost packages: Parcels are considered lost if tracking has not updated for more than 10 consecutive business days
Damaged items: Items that arrive broken or unusable due to transit handling. Photo evidence of the damage and packaging is required
Stolen packages: Packages tracked as 'Delivered' but not received at the delivery address. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.
What is not covered:
Packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Orders where Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout
How to make a claim:
All claims must be submitted to our customer service team at support@brunaebody.com within 7 business days of the marked delivery date or the last tracking update. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.
If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Brunaé Body is unable to take responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
