Can I return my order?

Brunaé Body will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of a purchase. The product must not have been used! A refund will not be granted if the products are opened, or show signs of wear and tear. 

If you feel that you have received a damaged product, please email us pictures of the fault, at support@brunaebody.com

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it arrives at our warehouse safely.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us here immediately or contact support@brunaebody.com with your order information and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed.

We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to wait until you receive your order and reject it, or, return your order back to us. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable and a 10% shipping cost will ensue.

I placed an order, but haven't received confirmation?

Please check your junk/spam folders and ensure that you have entered a valid email address. If you still feel something is wrong, please email us at support@brunaebody.com.

How do I apply a discount code?

Please place your discount code in the “discount code” field just before your checkout. Please note that once your order has been placed, we cannot apply the discount code if you do not add it before checkout. 

Can I use a discount code on sale or promotional items?

Discount codes can only be applied to full-priced items. They cannot be combined with any existing promotions, sale prices, or special offers already applied to a product.

My order was lost in transit/stolen, what do I do?

Brunae Body offers optional shipping protection at checkout to cover loss, theft, or misdelivery. If you chose to opt out of shipping protection, your order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if it is lost, stolen, or misplaced during transit unless at the fault of the carrier.

If you selected shipping protection at checkout and your order has been lost, stolen, or misdelivered please reach out to us at support@brunaebody.com and our team will assist you with your claim.
