Shipping Policy

At Brunaé Body, we ship internationally across multiple regions, fulfilling orders from our warehouses in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Order processing:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

*During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We'll always communicate any delays via email.

Delivery timeframes:
Estimated delivery times vary by region and are outlined in full below. All timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@brunaebody.com.

Undeliverable & Refused Parcels:
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused at delivery, a refund of the product cost only will be processed once the item is received back at our fulfilment centre in its original, resaleable condition. Return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Parcels may be returned as undeliverable due to reasons including, but not limited to, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout, failed delivery attempts with no collection, or refusal to pay applicable import duties or customs charges.

Sales Tax:
All prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Rates vary by state.

United Kingdom

Orders are fulfilled from our UK warehouse and shipped via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

Pricing & Tax:
All prices displayed in GBP are inclusive of VAT. There are no additional duties or charges for UK orders.

Europe

Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and shipped via FedEx. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

Duties, Taxes and Customs:

All orders are inclusive of VAT, which we collect and remit through the EU’s IOSS system.
Please note: as of July 1, 2025, the EU has removed the duty exemption for low-value goods, meaning customs duties may apply to all orders regardless of value. Any duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged at the point of delivery. All returns are the expense of the customer.

For orders over €150, shipping is on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means the customer is fully responsible for all import taxes, duties, and handling fees, which must be paid directly to the carrier before your package can be delivered.

Orders may be subject to VAT and applicable customs duties upon import. Rates vary by destination country and are determined by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.

Israel

Orders shipped to Israel may be subject to customs duties and VAT, assessed by the Israel Tax Authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Canada

Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse and shipped via DHL. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier of equivalent service level where necessary.

  • Standard shipping: 5–14 business days

These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs processing times.

Duties, Taxes & Customs:
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes upon entry into Canada. These charges are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in your order total at checkout.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at a small fee, available at checkout. By purchasing Shipping Protection, your order is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

What is covered:
Lost packages: Parcels are considered lost if tracking has not updated for more than 10 consecutive business days

Damaged items: Items that arrive broken or unusable due to transit handling. Photo evidence of the damage and packaging is required

Stolen packages: Packages tracked as 'Delivered' but not received at the delivery address. Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.

What is not covered:
Packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Orders where Shipping Protection was not purchased at checkout

How to make a claim:
All claims must be submitted to our customer service team at support@brunaebody.com within 7 business days of the marked delivery date or the last tracking update. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted.


If you opt out of Shipping Protection, Brunaé Body is unable to take responsibility for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Please contact our team at support@brunaebody.com with your order number and supporting details. Our team aims to assess all claims within 5–7 business days of receipt.
